What services are provided?

We offer a wide range of services targeted at all of your content needs. Our talented copywriters have the experience, skills and know-how to produce content to resonate with your target audience.

How can I guarantee quality?

We only hire trained and experienced copywriters with backgrounds in journalism, PR, content creation and marketing, and do not outsource any projects. This allows us to have 100% quality control over the work produced.

How much does it cost?

Content starts from SGD$100, however we have a minimum cart value of SGD$200. Please refer to each product for individual pricing, as the final cost is calculated dependant upon your particular content requirements, plus any extra services* that are required.

*Extra Services Explained

  1. Research – Does the copywriter need to conduct any external research in order to write the piece?
  2. Interviews – Does the copywriter need to conduct any interviews to retrieve content for the project?
  3. Image sourcing – Does the copywriter need to source images to match the content?
  4. Monthly uploading – Do you require us to upload the social media posts directly to your social media platforms?

If the answer to the above is ‘yes’, please select the relevant drop-down on the individual product page.

Should we feel that your order does not match the workload, we will contact you with a revised quote and additional payment will need to be made before we commence the project.

How does this service work?

It’s so simple – all you need to do is select the service you require (i.e blog post), fill in your requirements, make payment and we will be in touch.

Our process works this way:

  1. Select the service required and click “Order Now”
  2. Fill out the form detailing your requirements and attach your supporting documents where necessary
  3. Make direct payment via credit/debit card or Paypal and a confirmation email will be sent to you
  4. Our expert copywriters will then receive the request contact you via email with the draft
  5. Two sets of revisions are included in the price and can be made directly with the copywriter. Any further changes will be charged as an extra and start from SGD$50.

How long can I expect the work to take?

All standard content requests will be completed within 3-5 working days of order receipt. Orders must include all required supporting material otherwise there may be delays. The turnaround time is also dependant upon the complexity of your order. We will try our best to accommodate rush orders, however if this is not possible, we will notify you immediately and there may be extra fees involved.

How many revisions are allowed?

Each order comes with two (2) sets of changes per document. If you require more than the allocated amount, extra amends start from SDG$50 for each additional document revision.

What are my payment options?

We are currently using Paypal and credit/debit card processing for all orders.

What is your payment policy?

We require pre-payment for all of our content services. This can be done at the time of checkout and under no circumstances will we proceed with the request until proof of payment has been received.

I am having trouble ordering online. What should I do?
